Renovation of the existing historic 16-story, concrete frame high rise tower transformed a short-term hotel to 122 market rate apartments. Through the historic restoration of the lobby, mezzanine, and 16th-floor ballroom are reimagined as community spaces. New work also included the connection to district-wide chilled water and steam utilities for 4-pipe heating and cooling. The work also included maintaining the existing subterranean tunnel connection to Barney Allis Plaza Parking Garage currently being re-constructed concurrently by others.
