A proposal for affordable housing and neighborhood development utilized modular construction for a wide range of building types. A row-house modular plan became the basis of low-rise development, mixed with neighborhood amenities. Along one edge of the development facing open space, mid-rise housing units create an undulating wall, providing dramatic views and playful geometry. At the ground level, mixed uses intermingle with water park-like features skipping along the pedestrian zone.
