The Hallmark Headquarters 9th Floor serves as client reception area and is used for meetings and presentations for new products and displays. It lacked large and small conference areas to be used for both clients and staff. The central core of Men and Women restrooms were also needing upgrades. Pluribus was asked to do several concepts for large and small meeting areas and to renovate the restrooms.

Working with the Hallmark, Pluribus developed a strategy to make large presentations possible for larger groups by raising ceiling heights. Coats and storage were included, as well as areas for art display and small group gathering.

Pluribus designed new upgrades to the existing restrooms, with all new fixtures and finishes. ADA adjustments were addressed along with the creation of a new all-inclusive restroom to enhance accommodations for both staff and visitors.
