Envisioned by The Black Mastermind Group Charitable Foundation, the Jireh Mall Incubator will renovate an underutilized retail strip mall to become a community-based business incubator for business entrepreneurs supported with education and mentoring support from The Black Mastermind Group next door. With a variety shop spaces and infrastructure, a diverse mix of retail vendors and services will serve downtown residents and workers with a new place to come together and eat and drink and shop. A public market style shared common kitchen will serve multiple food vendors, from coffee and desserts, to grab and go sandwiches and menu items. Areas with seating offer respite during the day to enjoy the food and drinks and window shop.

The Black Mastermind Group training center provides spaces for adult education business courses and seminar training. With offices and support areas, staff can assist entrepreneurs with the resources they need to become successful.
