KH Properties purchased an existing pre-cast concrete office and warehouse building to create the company's headquarters in Overland Park, KS. The renovation includes reconfiguration of the 5,000sf office space to provide better access to natural light, improved collaboration space, private offices, and focus work places for the KH Properties KC Metro staff and visitors. The new finishes and office aesthetic reflect the company's desire to provide a sophisticated workplace with clean lines and refined details.
