USD 365 Bus Barn facility will receive an addition to bring their existing facilities into the 21st century. Existing offices and restrooms will be gutted and replaced with new offices and a break room, while the new addition will contain a new state-of-the-art conference room for all-staff meetings and other groups. The new addition will also provide new water service, electrical service, and restrooms to meet accessibility requirements and fixture counts necessary for occupants. The project will be built in phases to address the most pressing issues, including power upgrades and accessibility.
