Located within the Crossroads Arts District on the intersection of Central Street and 19th Street, 1821 Central transforms an existing warehouse into a mixed use event venue supporting weddings, corporate events, and receptions. The design preserves the industrial character of the building while contributing to the broader revitalization efforts within the Crossroads district.

The split level entry condition drove the spatial organization. The main entry is a split-level landing that connects the main event space through a public lobby/terrace on the upper level. The lower level consists of a cocktail lounge with a bar, as well as the bride/groom suite.…
