The project is sited at the Allen Community College campus in an area identified for a Workforce Development and Training Center. The Concept Plans for the Commercial Driver License and Diesel Technical programs have been developed with future expansion space for other programs in workforce development. The site developement include new utility connections, parking, trash and fuel enclosures, training pad for drivers, and landscaping berms to reduce truck sound to neighborhood.
