A proposal for affordable housing and large scale mixed-use neighborhood development was developed with Center Property Group LLC. The Master plan concept utilizes modular construction for a wide range of building types including townhome, row house, and mid-rise apartment flats. The row house modular plan became the basis of low-rise development, fronting tree lined streets mixed with neighborhood amenities. Along river's edge of the development, mid-rise housing units create an undulating wall, providing dramatic views toward the Missouri River and Berkley Riverfront Park. At the ground level, retail, entertainment, and bar/restaurant uses engage the pedestrian zone.
